The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has released the official portrait of its new First Presidency following the recent reorganization of its leadership. An official photo of President Dallin H. Oaks, who was named as the 18th president and prophet of the Church on October 14, 2025, has also been made public.

During a live broadcast announcing his presidency, President Oaks appointed President Henry B. Eyring as First Counselor and President D. Todd Christofferson as Second Counselor. It was also announced that President Jeffrey R. Holland would serve as the President of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles.

This leadership change follows the passing of Russell M. Nelson, the Church’s 17th president, who died on September 27, 2025, at age 101.

President Oaks previously served as First Counselor to President Nelson from 2018 to 2025. President Eyring’s service includes roles as Second Counselor to President Nelson (2018–2025), First Counselor to President Thomas S. Monson (2008–2018), and Second Counselor to President Gordon B. Hinckley (2007–2008). Before joining the First Presidency, President Christofferson had been a member of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles since April 5, 2008.
