Walton, Kentucky - George Washington Arrowood, age 79, passed away peacefully on October 2, 2025, surrounded by his family's love. Born in Breathitt County, Kentucky, on November 22, 1945, George led a humble and fulfilling life centered around family, laughter, and the simple pleasures that brought him happiness.

A proud and loving father to seven children - Kimberly, Kamala, Kassi, William, Drew, Micah, and Starr - George's love extended deeply to his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He found immense joy in their company, cherishing moments filled with laughter, love, and connection.

Predeceased by his parents, Sigel and Lallie, and siblings Sigel Jr., Lou, Jean, Bill, and Faye, George will be fondly remembered for his quick wit, laid-back demeanor, and the profound love he held for his family. His presence brought warmth and joy to every gathering he attended, leaving a lasting impact on all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9, 2025, at Linnemann Funeral Home in Burlington, Kentucky, from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm, followed by services at 12:30 pm. The family would appreciate gestures of flowers in honor of George's memory.
