Union, Kentucky - Shirley Ann (Floro) O’Dwyer, 82, of Union, Kentucky, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, September 28, 2025, at her home. Born on February 17, 1943, in Covington, Kentucky, Shirley worked at Western Southern Life Insurance Company before becoming a devoted homemaker once she started a family. Later, she worked in food service at Cincinnati Sports Service, enjoying her time at Riverfront Stadium, now the Great American Ballpark, serving the Reds and Bengals.

Shirley was an active member of Seven Hills Church in Florence, and she cherished crafting, traveling, and quality time with her family. Preceded in death by her parents and former husband, Michael O’Dwyer, Sr., Shirley is survived by her sons Michael and Kevin O’Dwyer, her sister Carol S. Redd, her brother Reverend Dr. Duane Floro, grandchildren, and numerous relatives.

Visitation will be on Friday, October 10, 2025, at Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home, with funeral services to follow. Interment will be in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, Taylor Mill, Kentucky. Memorial contributions can be made to the SAFY Adoption Agency of Cincinnati.
