Donna Jean Gabbard Remembered for Craftsmanship and Culinary Delights

Union, Kentucky - Donna Jean (Beacom) Gabbard, 71, formerly of Hebron, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, July 23, 2025, at St. Elizabeth Healthcare in Florence. Born on February 28, 1954, in Covington, Kentucky, to the late James and Lavinia Beacom, Donna was a skilled restaurant cook at Smokey Bones Restaurant in Florence until retirement. She took pleasure in sewing, crafting, and culinary pursuits.

Donna was preceded in death by her parents, James and Lavinia Beacom, sister Dale Ann Beacom, and brothers Edward, Daniel, and David Beacom. She is survived by her sister Karen Beacom and nephews Raymond and Paul Beacom.

A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, August 2, 2025, at 11:00 am at Hebron Lutheran Cemetery in Hebron. For those who wish to offer a tribute, memorial contributions to a charity of choice are encouraged.
