Hebron, KY – Carter Riddle Momberger, 79, of Hebron, passed away on Thursday, June 12th, 2025, at St. Elizabeth Healthcare in Edgewood, Kentucky. Born on July 5, 1945, in Cleveland, Ohio, to Clifford B. Momberger and Mary E. (Riddle) Momberger Carter, Carter dedicated most of his career to sales in Medical Equipment and Supplies, alongside his service in the US Army in Vietnam.

Survived by his wife of 36 years, Donna (Rebori) Momberger, daughters Emily (Ronald Brandon) Zembrodt and Erica (Bane Dodson) Momberger, grandson Ronald Carter Zembrodt, brother Dudley W. (Charlene) Carter, along with numerous brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, and nephews, Carter's memory will be cherished by all who knew him.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, July 5, 2025, on what would have been Carter's 80th birthday. For details, please contact a family member. Inurnment with Military Honors will take place at Maple Grove Cemetery in Ravenna, Ohio.
