News from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints highlights community service projects worldwide. In Argentina, over 50 wheelchairs and orthopedic devices were delivered to beneficiaries of the Catholic Institute for Lasallian Social Action in May 2025. Alberto Schaffhauser, a local leader, stated, “The reason for this work is to follow the Savior’s example.” This donation is part of a larger goal to complete 100 humanitarian actions in South America.

In Ghana, the Mamprobi Gale Community Library received books, computers, and furniture on April 29, 2025. Olufunmilayo Ojediran remarked on the importance of this contribution: “You are sowing knowledge, discipline, and life skills into young minds.” The donation was facilitated by the wives of the Africa West Area Presidency.

In Honduras, an orthotics and prosthetics lab was established at Teletón facilities in Tegucigalpa with additional supplies and training provided by the Church. Elder Patricio M. Giuffra noted that their efforts reflect love for humanity: “If we love humanity, we love our children.”

Fiji saw youth from several congregations engage in community service activities inspired by a February broadcast. Elsie Gaunavinaka commented on their impact: “The widowed ladies know they’re not forgotten.”

A medical mission took place in Barangay Mintal, Davao City, Philippines on April 26, 2025. Yolanda Villaflor praised the initiative as a demonstration of caring for others.

In Ecuador's El Empalme canton, new hospital equipment was donated to improve patient care. César Loor emphasized following Christ’s example through service.

Finally, Bolivia benefited from hundreds of pieces of school furniture donated as part of an educational project impacting over 4,000 students across El Alto. Christian Tancara Irusta expressed gratitude for addressing urgent needs within educational units.
