The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints held its April 2025 General Conference from April 5-6. The event, conducted semi-annually, took place at Temple Square in Salt Lake City and included five sessions. These were broadcast live to a global audience.

President Russell M. Nelson announced the construction of 15 new temples during the conference. He also encouraged attendees to "grow in confidence before the Lord." New leaders were sustained, and new Area Seventies were called during the leadership session. Additional highlights included the 2024 Statistical Report and the April 2025 World Report, which was aired for viewing.

The conference sessions were made accessible via various platforms, including the Church's online broadcast page, YouTube, Gospel Stream app, and Gospel Library, available in numerous languages. For those who missed the live sessions, on-demand text, audio, and video formats will be provided in up to 98 languages.

To attend a session in person in Salt Lake City, individuals residing in the United States or Canada were advised to contact local leaders for tickets, distributed electronically. Those outside these regions were directed to request tickets through district or stake presidents. The conference ticket also served as a UTA pass for travel related to the conference. Standby seating required a line-up outside the Tabernacle 90 minutes before a session.

The Church offered resources to help children and youth engage during the conference, and provided guidance on how to prepare and share the teachings.
