A ceremony was held on February 4, 2025, at the Father Dogli Memorial Technical Institute (DOTECH) in New Ayoma, Ghana. The event marked the donation of tools and equipment by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints to the school. The gathering included government officials, community and religious leaders, local chiefs, tribal elders, school administrators, staff, and most of the school's 1,045 students.

Brother Samuel S. Kokroko from the Hohoe Branch presented the donation. DOTECH was founded in 1997 by Reverend Father Dogli with a mission to provide technical and vocational education for better employment prospects. The school offers programs such as building construction and hospitality services and achieved a pass rate of 92.75% in 2023. However, resource constraints due to rapid growth led DOTECH to seek assistance from the Church.

The Church provided various resources including industrial sewing machines, digital multimeters, computers, routers, refrigerators, hack saws, pliers, wire strippers, and two large poly tanks for water storage. These donations aim to enhance hands-on training for students.

Reverend Father Godwin Asante opened the ceremony with a prayer thanking the Church for its generosity. School Principal Mrs. Brigitte Afi Dzakah expressed gratitude saying that "what once seemed impossible has now become a reality," referencing biblical passages about divine provision.

Elder James Grandon from the Accra North Mission explained that contributions came from fast offering donations by Church members worldwide. He quoted scripture emphasizing service to others as service to God.

Dignitaries at the event expressed their appreciation for the donation's impact on education quality at DOTECH. Madame Irene M.D. Tamatrey summarized these sentiments on behalf of the school community.

Students celebrated through cultural performances including dances and songs which added to the festive atmosphere lasting beyond the ceremony's conclusion.
