RootsTech, an event dedicated to family history and genealogy, has announced three additional keynote speakers for its 2025 conference. The event will take place from March 6-8, 2025, both in-person and online. The new speakers include the Latin American social media family Los Chicaneros, Filipina musician Ysabelle Cuevas, and Italian TV personality Marco Lui.
Los Chicaneros, known as "the Most Famous Family in Latin America," are the Botero Family who began their social media journey after moving from Colombia to Florida. With over 31 million followers, they create content focused on family life. Their message at RootsTech will emphasize dedication to family and resilience.
Ysabelle Cuevas started her musical career on YouTube while her family awaited visas to move from the Philippines to the United States. She now has nearly 3 million subscribers. At RootsTech 2025, she will discuss how music connects different generations within a family.
Marco Lui is an Italian comedian known for his films "The Book of Life" and "Dr. Smith and the Fantastic Castle." He also engages with Italian media as a presenter and voice actor. His virtual keynote at RootsTech will focus on family importance and comedy's connective power.
These keynotes will be available virtually on March 6, 2025. Other previously announced speakers include Dana Tanamachi, Ndaba Mandela, Tara-Davis Woodhall, and Hunter Woodhall.
