Three Conner Lady Cougars chosen for First Team All State

Three members of the Conner Lady Cougars soccer team have been selected to the 2024 1st Team All-State roster. 

This marks the first time in school history that three players have earned this prestigious honor in the same season.

The talented athletes named to the All-State 1st Team are:

• Senior Goalkeeper Ally Welch
• Junior Defender Izelee Kerns
• Junior Midfielder Reagan Buchert

The three players were formally recognized during halftime of the state finals on November 2, where they were celebrated for their exceptional skills and dedication throughout the season. Additionally, they will compete in the All-State game on November 9 at Central Hardin High School.

“Way to go girls and congrats on a record breaking season!" the school said in a post about the announcement.
