The Church of Jesus Christ Of Latter Day Saints | Official Website

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is set to release its World Report on Wednesday, October 2, 2024. The report will be available in 11 languages on the Church Newsroom YouTube channel and via the Church satellite system during and after the general conference weekend. It will also air on BYUtv at 9 a.m. MDT and KSL-TV at 1 p.m. MDT on Saturday, October 5.

The report includes a video segment highlighting the renovated Church Office Plaza and Main Street Plaza, part of the ongoing Salt Lake Temple renovation project. Although some areas of Temple Square remain closed, visitors can enjoy new foliage, flowers, and artisan stonework in the plazas.

“It’s an oasis from the storms of the noise and chaos [where you can] feel the presence of the Savior,” said Jay Warnick, ground services manager for Church Headquarters Facilities.

A condensed version of this video will appear in the October 2024 edition of the World Report. This semiannual program highlights news and activities since the previous general conference.

The episode will also feature President Russell M. Nelson's 100th birthday celebration, humanitarian efforts by the Relief Society General Presidency, updates on houses of worship, and other stories from around the world.
