The Hebron Fire Protection District has announced the hiring of eight new firefighters and a new training captain, as reported on their Facebook page. The announcement was made on November 12th.
According to the district's Facebook page, all newly hired firefighters are also certified Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) or medics. This expansion in personnel is part of the district's efforts to enhance its operational capabilities.
The district acknowledged that while this organizational growth may present challenges, they remain optimistic about the future. "The future will be bright," they said.
Additionally, the district extended a welcome to all its new hires and encouraged those in the Fire/EMS field to stay tuned for more employment opportunities expected at the end of the year.
